A Day in the Life 3

Earlier in the day we were given $5 to buy the ingredients for our lunch salad. Now it was time to meet our family one member of which was Sirlene an 11 year old who had met us at the school.

Albero was her husband and once a chef in a Pizzeria and a person who loved to cook. He was responsible for our lovely tilapia done perfectly. Rove and beans had already been prepared by Daz the wife in The photo above. Also in the photo are the five lunch mates – MB, Jan, Larry, Tom and me. We had a stumbling but OK conversation aided by Google Translate.

There were little gifts brought by my other travelers and enjoyed by all including gifts for their 2 kids and some San Francisco mementos.
