Price the drain pipes that allow the irrigation to fall into the street rather than on the sidewalks below. Yes, the sidewalks are that narrow.

Taken from our roof garden. Balloons float over around 7 AM so the sky is not super blue yet. Amanda heard it whooshing the gas to lift the balloon and yelled to Tice me to come and see them. Funny story about my reaction based on adventure on one my early trips here.
